Simone Biles

Simone Biles (born March 14 1997 Columbus Ohio U.S.) American gymnast, who was regarded as one of the sport's greatest athletes. As an U.S. female gymnast, Biles was the only one to achieve four golds in a single Games during the 2016 Olympics. She is also the first person to win three world championships in succession. Biles was born at home in Spring Texas, in the Houston metropolitan area. Her sister Adria had been adopted by Ronald and Nellie Biles. Simone was interested in the sport of gymnastics as a young girl in a day-care field excursion in Bannon's Gymnastix and stayed there for eleven years under supervision of trainer Aimee Boorman. Biles was awarded a silver medal in vault in 2010 and a bronze medal at the Women's Junior Olympic National Championships. Then she moved on to elite-level competitions in 2011. In less than two years, she became the best in her sport. Biles was notable by her consistent performance, her enthusiasm and level of challenge she made every event - vault bar, uneven bars the balance beam, and the ground work.
