Coleman was raised in the town of Blackpool in Lancashire. She studied at Arnold School in Blackpool. She was a headgirl and earned straight A grades in her A-Levels. Coleman regrets not having have a typical university education when discussing the Emmerdale experiences. Coleman was in Crystal Clear at the Edinburgh Festival with a company named In Yer Space, which she was a part of while in the school. The award was presented to her for her performance and the play was also well-received. Coleman received the role as Jasmine Thomas while she was auditioning at drama schools. This happened in 2005. Coleman was nominated in 2007 for two Awards. Coleman was nominated twice in 2007 for Best Newcomer in the British Soap Awards; and most Popular Newcomer in the National Television Awards. In 2009, she received nominated in the two categories which included Best Actress-Sexiest Women and Best Dramatic Performance. Coleman was nominated for Best Actress from the TV Choice Awards. Steven Moffat revealed at a Doctor Who Press Conference on March 21st, 2012 that Coleman was set to portray Matt Smith as the Doctor's Companion following the departure of Karen Gillan, Arthur Darvill and other actors have left the show. Moffat has decided to put her in the role because she has the best chemistry with Smith. She also spoke more quickly than he does. Eva Larue..............................Eva LaRue is an American actor and model. Since 1987, she's worked in film and television projects. She was more popular on the television. Eva's appearances in the TV show Dr. Maria Santos, in All My Children, and the role of Detective Natalia Boa Vista in CSI Miami make an impact. It was the former that brought her two nominations for a Daytime Emmy. Also, she got to showcase her creativity through music. Eva is not only acting, but she's also a businesswoman and philanthropist. Eva has three husbands, and one child born from the third.
